Graydon Banning Ltd. applies for proposed zoning by-law amendment and plans subdivision on Dundas Street West

In a release dated November 30, the Town of Oakville says it received an application from Graydon Banning Ltd. for a proposed zoning by-law amendment and proposed plan of subdivision at 1357 Dundas St. W.
The release states that the development proposes to “subdivide and rezone the subject lands to implement the North Oakville Secondary Plans.” In the proposal are plans for low, medium and high density residential, employment, natural heritage system, park and storm water.
