As you may be aware, the Board will be initiating the remediation process beginning August 1st.
Strong intelligence-based authentication software will be used to accurately identify unregistered account sharing, other unauthorized access and irregularities between users that are not possible using traditional device or IP tracking.
To ensure a smooth transition, we would like to remind all office administrative staff that they must be registered appropriately.
In accordance with Board policy, Office Administrator(s) are allowed up to 3 user's on one single account.
The pricing associated with administrative accounts has been reduced to $20 per administrative access per month to help accommodate the requirement for Brokerages to register any additional accounts.
