According to figures released July 4th by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales rose in June compared to the same period in 2017. Monthly property sales totaled 772 compared to 689 in June 2017. The number of new property are lower than it was in June 2017, 1,403 new listings in June 2017 compared to 1,212 in 2018.June 4, 2018
