This is achievable four easy steps!
Step 1 Download and fill out Data Sheet and Credit Card Authorization Form OR download from WEBForms version. *NOTE: We do not accept hand-written forms, scans, or photocopies. Data Sheets and Authorization Forms must be provided digitally.
Step 2 Send completed Ontario Regional Data Sheet and CC Auth Form to your home Board's MLS Department or as required by association. TREB Members please call 416-443-8100 for more information.
Step 3 OMDREB staff will contact you for payment
Step 4 After payment, email photos (our system accepts a maximum of 50 photos) along with links and supplements to firstname.lastname@example.org. When you forward photos, please remember include listing address and to label photos in the order in which you want them to appear from 1-50.
Putting listings onto the Regional Matrix System will be expanding the exposure of sellers’ listings to an additional 16,000 REALTORS® and their clients!
