OMDREB's Government Relations Committee has been working closely with The Town of Oakville to participate in the consultation process related to revisions to the Sign By-Law, specifically REALTOR® Open House signage and increasing the amount of allowed signs from three (3) to five (5). In addition to continued meetings and submitted reports, OMDREB Representatives and its valued Membership offered a show of support for the proposed Sign By-Law change during the Town Council meeting on December 10. Oakville, ON, December 3, 2018 – According to figures released December 3rd by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales fell in November compared to the same period in 2017. Monthly property sales totalled 534 compared to 623 in November 2017. The number of new property listings is lower than it was in November 2017, 1,033 new listings in November 2017 compared to 932 in 2018. CONTINUE

According to figures released November 1st by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales decreased slightly in October compared to the same period in 2017. Monthly property sales totaled 598 compared to 638 in October 2017.
