The 2024 Board of Directors election has four candidates vying for three available positions, and will be held electronically for 10 days, from Sunday, Nov 26 – Tuesday, Dec 5.

"Enjoying unlimited opportunities the industry has provided me over the past 45 years, my career started as a night secretary at Thos. N. Shea Real Estate, in Thornhill. My experience diversified to include: residential resale; marketing & sales of pre-construction freehold, condominium, low-rise & high rise; planning & development; design & décor consultation/sales & commercial leasing throughout the GTA. It has been my honour to receive:
-"TD Professional Award of Excellence Condos" presented by TD Bank and PMA Realty Group.
-Under my leadership, my sales team was recognized by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and presented with the prestigious “Silver Award” for Marketing, Innovation, Creativity and Endurance at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Convention in Florida.
