Town of Oakville responds to provincial legislation addressing affordable housing

According to figures released April 11 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® decreased 33.5 percent for Single Family homes and 22.3 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to March 2021. The Median Sales Price increased 21.9 percent to $1,670,000 for Single Family homes and 25.4 percent to $999,850 for Townhouse/Condo homes.

Halton Region Drops Mask Mandates - Impact On Real Estate Services

?We have an important update regarding real estate services and COVID-19 mandates in the Halton Region. Originally, Halton Region was set to drop masking requirements at the end of April. However, Halton's regional council met over the weekend and elected to adopt the province's timeline for dropping mask mandates, effective immediately.

February 2022 Market Report

According to figures released March 7 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® decreased 23.4 percent for Single Family homes and 15.6 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to February 2021. The Median Sales increased 26.8 percent to $1,750,000 for Single Family homes and 18.1 percent to $980,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes.

The Median Sales Price increased 25.2 percent to $1,721,101 for Single Family homes and 42.1 percent to $975,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes.
